22 years turning complex ideas into executable outcomes across APAC’s most demanding financial institutions — and building the frameworks others then adopted as their own standard.

Rahul Joshi

A practitioner,
not just a strategist.

I started as a software engineer at Infosys and grew into running APAC’s most complex core banking transformations. Today I lead a USD $35M technology portfolio at Bank of America, managing teams across Singapore, India, and the UK — and I’m expanding my craft into AI leadership and human development.

Artificial Intelligence

Hands-on practitioner bridging experimentation and enterprise delivery. I've built Copilot Studio agents for defect triage, knowledge management, and regulatory submissions at Bank of America. Now formalising this through NUS Computing's CTAIO Programme.

Life Coaching

Beyond the boardroom. The same discipline that builds enterprise programs — clarity on outcomes, removing blockers, and relentless follow-through — applies to life. I work with professionals navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and building momentum.
